Dates
  • Registration Period: Open now until 12 AM on the 28th.
  • Hackathon Start: Inauguration at 10 AM on the 29th.
  • Submission Deadline: 4 PM on the 30th.
  • Round 1 Evaluation: Completed by the 5th of the following month.
  • Round 2 Presentations: Top 10 teams will present to the board members within 4-5 days after shortlisting.
  • Winner Announcement: The top team will be announced with a winner poster after the presentations.
Eligibility
  • Each team must consist of 3-5 members.
  • Open to students, professionals, and enthusiasts who are passionate about AI and innovation.
  • All participants must register and join the designated WhatsApp group for communication.
Project and Submission Requirements
  • Project Scope: Solutions should fall under one of the following themes: Finance, Education, HealthCare, Defense, Energy, or Open Innovation.
  • Submission Components:
    • PPT Presentation: Utilize the provided template to detail your project.
    • GitHub Repository: Submit a link to a public GitHub repository containing all project code, documentation, and necessary files. The repository must include a clear README file and instructions for running the project.
  • Development Timeframe: Projects must be developed during the Hackathon period. Timestamps on the GitHub repository will be checked for compliance.
Prizes
  • Participation Certificates: Awarded to all participants.
  • Pre-Finals Certificates: Awarded to teams that reach the second round.
  • Winning Certificates: Awarded to the top team selected in the final round.
  • Additional Incentives: Projects with significant commercial potential may receive further opportunities for development and collaboration.
Judging Criteria and Winner Selection
  • Evaluation Process:
    • Round 1: Projects will be evaluated based on their PPT presentations and GitHub repositories. Top 10 teams will be shortlisted for the next round.
    • Round 2: Shortlisted teams will present their projects to a board of three judges from our team. Each presentation will be graded out of 10.
  • Judging Criteria:
    • Innovation and Creativity: Originality and uniqueness of the solution.
    • Impact and Feasibility: Potential impact of the solution and its feasibility for implementation.
    • Technical Execution: Quality of the technical implementation and use of AI.
    • Presentation: Clarity and effectiveness of the project presentation.
    • Commercial Potential: Projects with marketable value will receive additional consideration.
  • Winner Announcement: The team with the highest overall score will be declared the winner and announced with a winner poster.
